Last Thursday the U.S. House of Representatives passed HR -1106 the Mortgage Modification Bill.
The effort to pass a mortgage modification bill now moves to the U.S. Senate, where we expect an even tougher fight for passage. Opponents of the bill have been out in force during the past few weeks. Together we can give voice in Congress to homeowners across the nation who would be helped by passage of the bill – now known as S. 61.
